Historical Society commended at the 2015 WA Heritage Award
The Historical Society of Cockburn were recently commended on their extremely high standards at the 2015 WA Heritage Awards.
The judges described them as:
“An inspiration to other societies, particularly their work engaging with young people.”
Attending the event from the Historical Society of Cockburn were President Diane Stewart, Secretary Helen Greer and Treasurer Sue Baker, and from the City of Cockburn, History/Museum Officer Christine Elaine.
